Ducted
Filter Modules
Ducted filter modules provide
hepa/ULPA filtered air
when connected to a central air handler. Sizes are
from 2’x 2’ to 2’x 4’, special sizes
and configurations
are available. Airflow is controlled by a damper
located in the inlet collar. Final filters can be replaced
from within the cleanroom.
Standard features
· Sealed powder coated steel housings
· Filter efficiency – 99.99% at 0.3 microns and
larger
· Eggcrate face grille, removable filter replacement
· Gasket seal against knife edge
· 12” dia inlet collar
· butterfly damper in collar, adjustable within room
Optional features
· Gel seal filter
· ULPA filter - 99.9995% at 0.12 microns and larger
· Perforated face grille - aluminum or stainless steel
