Our modular cleanroom design makes them easy to install, move, and economical to add on to. In fact, you can completely assemble and dissemble the LogiClean softwall cleanroom frame and curtains with only a screwdriver and two wrenches!
Softwall Cleanroom
Our softwall cleanrooms utilize high strength aluminum made from 6063-T5 extrusions. We then encapsulate all parts in a tough, durable coat of white powder baked enamel that prevents corroding and contamination.
Other companies require their modular softwall cleanrooms to be drilled and tapped which can cause corrosion and compromise frame structure. We use only a T-slot fastening system that requires no drilling or tapping. All our framing is meticulously made; you won’t find a weld or weld splatter.

Frame Construction Extruded 6063-T5 aluminum. - All Fasteners and leveling pads provided.
Finish Standard white powder baked enamel. – Other finishes available upon request.
Filtration Technical Air Products Model 421-SP fan powered HEPA filter modules. - 99.99% efficient @ 0.3 microns and larger.
Curtain 40 mil clean vinyl (antistatic vinyl optional) 60 or 80 mil strips from 6 in. to 12 in. wide in standard or clean antistatic vinyl.
Entrance Type Overlap standard – Strip doors and sliding entry doors optional.
Lighting 2’x4’ units lay in troffers with four F40-T12 medium bi pin lamps. 120 VAC single phase 60 Hz power supply supplement.
Blank Panels Vinyl faced gypsum with sealed edges.
Electrical Wiring Not included – Site installed from light and filter unit junction boxes. Optional preassembled wiring harness available with a leg mounted control panel. Includes remote filter fan speed controls, lighting controls and wiring diagram.
Options Filtration from class 100,000-class 10, Casters for posts to make units mobile, Internal or external ante room (acts as a transitional and changing area)
