Ducted Filter Modules
Our HEPA cleanroom filters are included with your clean room so we can guarantee the room will meet the class you require. Environments are available from Class 10-100,000 (ISO 4-8). A common addition is gown rooms which can be added internally or externally. And with all LogiClean clean room systems, rooms are expandable should your requirements change in the future.
Ducted Cleanroom Filter Modules
Ducted cleanroom filter modules provide hepa/ULPA filtered air when connected to a central air handler. Sizes are from 2’x 2’ to 2’x 4’, special sizes and configurations are available. Airflow is controlled by a damper located in the inlet collar. Final cleanroom filters can be replaced from within the cleanroom.

- Sealed powder coated steel housings
- Filter efficiency – 99.99% at 0.3 microns and larger
- Eggcrate face grille, removable filter replacement
- Gasket seal against knife edge
- 12” dia inlet collar
- butterfly damper in collar, adjustable within room
Optional cleanroom filter features
- Gel seal filter
- ULPA cleanroom filter – 99.9995% at 0.12 microns and larger
- Perforated face grille – aluminum or stainless steel
- Stainless steel construction
- Special size to fit any grid system
